What we collect
- Order and account data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, and messages you send us.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as card type and last four digits). We do not store full card numbers.
- Wholesale and contact forms: name, company, email, phone and what you tell us in your enquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, and cookie identifiers.
- Chat data: messages you send through the WhatsApp chat button, handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders; to give support and handle returns and warranty claims; to send order and shipping emails; to prevent fraud; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to meet legal, tax and customs obligations.

International transfers
We operate from Hong Kong, ship from Hong Kong and the United States, and use providers in other countries. Your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: 6 years, for tax and accounting. Support and warranty records: 3 years after the case closes. Analytics data: as set in our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. California residents can request to know, delete and correct their personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email info@sinvyx.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and your country or state. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our site is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and backups. No system is completely secure, so please protect your account password.
