These terms apply to your use of sinvyx.com and your purchases from BRIGHT POWER (CHINA) LIMITED (“SINVYX”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Hong Kong. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your account details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, specifications and runtimes are estimates from our testing; real results depend on conditions such as temperature and load. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud or shipping-compliance reasons, and we will refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. For online orders, duties and taxes are included in the price for the countries we ship to. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Shipping, delivery and risk
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. For online orders, prices include import duties and taxes for the countries we ship to (Delivered Duty Paid). Wholesale and OEM orders are shipped FOB. See the Shipping Policy.

Safe use of lithium batteries
Read the product manual before use. Use the supplied or compatible chargers and cables. Do not open, crush, puncture or short-circuit the battery, or expose it to fire or extreme heat. Follow airline and carrier rules when travelling with a battery; some models cannot be carried on aircraft. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your trip.
Wholesale and OEM
Wholesale, distributor and OEM / custom orders are quoted and shipped FOB, mainly by air freight, and can be adjusted to the buyer’s needs. Price, lead time, payment terms and shipping terms are set in the quotation or sales contract. These terms apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The written agreement wins where they conflict.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, probe its security, interfere with its operation, submit false orders, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
Reviews and user content
If you post a review or image, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our site and marketing. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others’ rights.
Intellectual property
The site content, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
Disclaimers
Products are covered by the express warranty in our Warranty Policy. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, data or connectivity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover losses we suffer because of your misuse of the site or products, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the site when you order applies to that order.
