The 99Wh and 200Wh models use Samsung or LG 21700 NMC cells. The 158Wh model uses EVE 21700 NMC cells. All three come with UN38.3, UL2743 and FCC test reports (MSDS on request) and an 18-month warranty for covered defects. Check each product page for charging specifications.

How to Choose the Right Size

  • You fly with your setup: the 99Wh pack stays under the 100Wh limit for spare batteries in carry-on bags.
  • You need a full work session: the 158Wh pack covers roughly a half day at typical draw.

How long does a Starlink Mini battery last?

At Starlink's listed average draw of 25–40W, plan on about 2.1–3.4 hours from the SINVYX 99Wh, 3.4–5.4 hours from the 158Wh and 4.2–6.8 hours from the 200Wh. These are estimates based on 85% usable energy. Cold weather, heavy use and battery age shorten runtime.

How does the battery connect to Starlink Mini?

The pack clips onto the back of the Mini and plugs into its DC input. It outputs 15–21V DC, inside the Mini's 12–48V input range, so you don't need a USB-C power bank that can deliver 100W.

Can I take a Starlink Mini battery on a plane?

The 99Wh model is under the 100Wh limit for spare lithium batteries, so it can go in carry-on bags without airline approval. The 158Wh model needs airline approval, and passengers can carry at most two batteries of 100–160Wh. The 200Wh model is above 160Wh and is not allowed on passenger flights. Spare batteries must never go in checked bags.

Are SINVYX batteries waterproof?

They are rated IP65 with the port covers closed, which protects against rain and dust. They are not designed to be submerged.

Can I charge the battery with solar?

Yes. The SINVYX 60W foldable solar panel is made for these packs. Charging speed depends on sunlight, panel angle and temperature.

What warranty and safety documents come with the batteries?

All three models have an 18-month warranty for covered defects. UN38.3, UL2743 and FCC test reports are available, and an MSDS is available on request.
