30-day returns
You can return SINVYX products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
Customers in the EU and UK: you also have the legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits that right.
How to return
- Email info@sinvyx.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the product back with tracking. Please do not send a return without authorization.
Batteries must be packed and shipped following carrier rules for lithium batteries. If you are not sure how, ask us before you ship.
Who pays for return shipping
- We pay if the return is our error: the product arrived damaged or defective, we sent the wrong item, or it stops working during the 30-day period when used as described in the manual.
- You pay if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Damaged or defective items
Send photos or a short video that show the problem, and the packaging if the item arrived damaged. We may ask you to run a simple check with us. Without this evidence, we may treat the return as a change-of-mind return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we email you the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (paid through Stripe) within 3 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to show the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is our error.
Cancelling an order
Email info@sinvyx.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund in full. If it has already shipped, refuse the delivery or return it after it arrives, and we refund once the package is back with us.
Items we cannot accept back
Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification or incorrect charging, and products returned after 30 days. Custom or OEM orders are not returnable unless defective. After 30 days, the Warranty Policy applies.
Wholesale and OEM orders
The 30-day return terms on this page are for online (retail) orders. Wholesale and OEM / custom orders are not returnable for change of mind. If goods arrive damaged, wrong or defective, tell us as soon as you receive them; we handle these under the Warranty Policy and your sales contract.
