Three Capacities, One Dedicated Fit
Each model clips onto the Starlink Mini body and supplies 15–21V DC through its dedicated connection. Choose the capacity that fits your customers.
Model-Specific NMC Cells
99Wh and 200Wh use Samsung or LG 21700 NMC cells. The 158Wh model uses EVE 21700 NMC cells.
Compatible Solar Charging
We will confirm panel requirements for your selected model and setup.
Dedicated Starlink Mini Fit
SINVYX supplies batteries and accessories. The Starlink Mini terminal is not included.
IP65 Weather Protection
Rated for dust and low-pressure water jets with port covers closed. Not designed for submersion.

Reinforced Output Port
A dedicated output connection supplies 15–21V DC to Starlink Mini. Follow the product manual when connecting or disconnecting the battery.

The clip-on mounting design attaches the battery directly to the Starlink Mini body.
IP65 Weather Protection
Close the port covers when ports are not in use. IP65 does not cover submersion.

Request model-specific specifications and available compliance documents for your purchasing review. Documentation may include UN38.3 transport test information, MSDS, FCC documentation and a UL2743 test report. Ask us to confirm which documents apply to your selected SKU and destination.
SINVYX products have an 18-month warranty for covered defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, email info@sinvyx.com with your order reference, model and a description of the issue. Photos or video help us assess it. We will confirm the next steps and any return arrangements before you ship a battery back.
Wholesale and custom-order after-sales arrangements follow the applicable warranty terms and your sales contract.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are paid, and you cover the shipping cost. Sample charges can be credited toward a later order. Tell us which model and how many samples you need, and we will confirm pricing and the credit arrangement in your quotation.

Standard-product trial orders start at 12 units, and you can mix capacities. OEM orders start at 240 units. Evaluation samples are available separately before a bulk order.
Can I mix 99Wh, 158Wh and 200Wh in one order?
Yes. You can mix 99Wh, 158Wh and 200Wh in a standard-product order, starting at 12 units in total. Include your preferred quantities for each capacity so we can quote and confirm packing requirements.
Can you add our logo or retail packaging?
OEM orders start at 240 units. Tell us the branding or packaging changes you need. We will review the customization scope, setup costs and schedule before you place an order. Product changes require a separate feasibility review.
What is the lead time?
Typical lead time is approximately 14–25 days. The schedule depends on model availability, quantity and customization and will be confirmed in your quotation. Transit time is confirmed separately for your delivery country and shipping method.
What documents can you provide?
Request the specifications and compliance documents for your selected model and destination. We will confirm the applicable documents before you order. A UL2743 test report should not be treated as a UL Listed claim.
What warranty applies to wholesale orders?
SINVYX products carry an 18-month warranty for covered defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty policy and your sales contract set out the applicable service and return arrangements.
Do you supply Starlink terminals?
No. SINVYX supplies Starlink Mini batteries and accessories. We do not supply the Starlink terminal or connectivity service.
